Ross is the Practice’s CQC Registered Manager and his CQC Manager ID No. is 1-153017339
Having graduated from Guy’s Hospital, London in 2000, Ross is a General Dentist with Special Interests in Advanced Restorative Procedures and Dental Implants.
Ross began his Implant journey in 2003 at the Morriston Hospital, Swansea and has subsequently attended extensive Higher Education across the UK and Europe from some of the most highly regarded clinicians. Ross has also been awarded the highly regarded Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, London – one of few to have gained this qualification. He works closely with Straumann and Ankylos Implants systems – ensuring that he provides care scientifically proven to be long lasting for his patient’s best interests.
He is a committed member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) – and is a Study Club Director and clinical mentor for this Worldwide Organisation. He regularly holds implant courses at his Cirencester Practice for his referring Dentists but also the whole dental team. He also lectures nationwide for both Implant systems on a variety of topics at different levels.
As well as running his very busy Cirencester Practice he is also a visiting specialist to three practices in London. He is a member of the ITI, the Association of Dental Implantology, is a Full Member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and a member of the Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons.

Dentist: Dr Simon Ernst, B.D.S. (Bristol)

Simon has a particular interest in Oral Surgery and the treatment of nervous patients. He studied dentistry at the University of Bristol. After graduating, he spent a year in the National Health Service followed by 6 months volunteering as a Dental Surgeon in Africa. Since his return to the UK he has worked in several hospitals in South Wales and the South West as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
He has also worked in several private general dental practices from where he received local referrals. He currently splits his time between private general practice and the Bristol Dental Hospital, where he is heavily involved in teaching undergraduates in the oral surgery department.
Simon has extensive experience in sedation and the management of nervous patients. He is also currently undertaking a Master of Science degree in Dental Implantology at the University of Bristol.

Dentist: Dr Thomas Elliott, B.D.S. (Bristol)

Tom graduated from Bristol University in 2006 and then spent 2 years working in general practice just outside Edinburgh, during which time he completed his Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons. Following this he moved back down to Bristol in order to take up a post at Frenchay and Southmead Hospitals as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
He has recently returned from 18 months in Perth, Western Australia where he was working in private practice. His main interests within dentistry are primarily aesthetics and prosthodontics, and it is in this area that he plans to do some further studies.
Hygienist: Joanne Vaughan, E.D.H.

Jo gained her Diploma in Dental Hygiene from Manchester Dental Hospital in 1994. She completed her extended duties in 2007 and has worked part time in the local area since moving to Wiltshire in 2002. She is a member of the BSDST and attends regular meetings and training courses in relation to her continual professional development profile.

Hygienist: Catherine Hackett
Catherine worked as a Dental Nurse for 4 years before gaining her Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy at Cardiff University in 2011. During her training at Cardiff, Catherine gained experience working with patients in various environments and with varying needs. Catherine is continues to further her dental knowledge with continual professional development.

Dental Nurse: Portia McCoy
Local to the Gloucestershire area, Portia spent 4 years working as a beauty therapist before embarking on her Dental Nurse training. She has now completed her training and is a fully qualified Dental Nurse who continues to further her dental knowledge with continual professional development.

Dental Nurse: Sabine Wilde

Sabine started her training in 1980 in Germany and qualified in 1983 as a Dental Nurse. Since moving to the UK she has worked in Dental Access Centers across Worcestershire for the last 17 years and as a Dental Nurse Team Leader for the past 7 years. Since joining Cirencester Dental Practice as “Saturday Girl!” in 2010, she has now relocated to Cirencester to become a full-time member of the team. She is registered with the GDC and continues her professional development according to GDC regulations.
Practice Manager: Gaynor Cutts

Gaynor started her training in 1969 as a Dental Nurse and is still GDC registered. She has worked at a private practice in Kent for 18 years as a Senior Receptionist and then as Practice Manager for the last 4 years. Gaynor also continues to further her dental knowledge with continual professional development.
Receptionist: Zoe Innes-Williams
Local to the area, Zoe has had 17 years of experience in a variety of administrative, events and marketing rolls including spending the most recent 7 years as Director of a local polo club.

Chiropractor: Steph Targett
Steph graduated in BSc Human Chiropractic from The McTimoney College of Chiropractic, Abingdon in 2009. She is a member of The McTimoney Chiropractic Association and is registered by the General Chiropractic Council. In 2004 she graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc Equine Science degree. She is currently reading for a Masters Degree in McTimoney Animan Manipulation and is carrying out a continued Professional Development Profile.
